Refund & Return Policy
At Dirty Swamp Conjure, we take great care in crafting and selecting our products. Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care items, our refund and return policy is as follows:
No Refunds on Personal Care & Handmade Items
We do not offer refunds on the following:
• Personal care items (salves, soaps, tinctures, etc.)
• Candles
• Custom-made items
• Crochet pieces
• Waist beads
If you are unsatisfied with any of these items, you may exchange them one time for another item of equal value.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges on Food Items
For health and safety reasons, all food items are final sale with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Crystals & Crystal Items
Crystals and crystal-crafted items are eligible for a refund only if they arrive damaged. If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us at dirtyswampconjure@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage to process a refund.
Custom Orders
There are no refunds on custom-made items. If you are unsatisfied with your custom order, please reach out to dirtyswampconjure@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Shipping policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all of your purchased items, including any exchanges or returns . Shipping costs are non-refundable.
